Pascall’s professional career has taken him around the world, where, among others, he’s worked with New York collective, The Last Poets, and Hans Koller’s Birmingham Jazz Orchestra. Influenced by “the golden era for an exciting, iconic, lush jazz sound”, he cites stalwarts such as Wayne Shorter, John Coltrane, Freddie Hubbard and Joe Henderson as inspirations, boasting a broad range of tunes as a result, from beautifully lustrous ballads to irresistibly bouncing bops.
